Andrew (Drew) Stevens career began in 2010 while working for his family business, OPEX Corporation, in Moorestown, NJ. Drew specialized in business development for supply chain and logistics operations both domestic and internationally. Drew worked with financial institutions, insurance companies, 3rd party logistics, retail logistics and wholesale logistics. Drew graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station with a degree in University Studies—Leadership. After his own battle with depression, anxiety, and addiction, Drew set out to establish a treatment facility in College Station that provided excellent medical, clinical, spiritual, and operational care.

Ken has worked in start-ups and turnarounds his entire professional life. Whether in the for-profit, or non-profit sector, he has a long track record of building processes and systems that bring stability and long term success to the organizations he serves.

Board Certified in Addiction Medicine, Dr. Jones was born and raised in Texas. Dr. Jones completed his Family Practice Residency at Texas Tech in Odessa. He is a Board-Certified Family Physician with repeated recertifications. Dr. Jones has acquired a vast amount of experience working in emergency medicine for 28 years. Has been with MTR since its inception and personally wrote the protocols that we follow each day.

Wesley Kerce, a Jackson, Mississippi native, brings extensive experience in behavioral health operations, leadership, and program development. His personal recovery journey drives his commitment to improving addiction treatment services. Beginning as a Director of Operations, he managed facilities, compliance, and programs before advancing to an Operations Officer role, optimizing workflows and care standards. With expertise in strategy, licensing, compliance, and patient-centered care, he leads business operations focused on sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.

Paige serves as the Billing Director, where she oversees revenue cycle management including Utilization Reviews, Billing and Verifications. She comes with more than 10 years of experience working with substance abuse facilities and is committed to ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient billing processes. Paige manages a team of dedicated professionals, streamlining workflows to improve collections, minimize errors, and maintain compliance.

Shannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor with EMDR training. She has a private practice in College station where she specializes in anxiety, addiction, and trauma. She is passionate about helping people feel hope and guiding them on their journey through recovery, depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt. Shannon's husband is in recovery and has battled addiction for over 30 years. They have two beautiful daughters, one granddaughter, and a sweet long-haired miniature dachshund named Charlie.

Josh began his career as a coach and athletic trainer before enlisting in the Army as a Combat Medic. He served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, eventually commissioning as an Officer in the Texas Army National Guard. After retiring from the Army in 2015, Josh transitioned to nursing, working in Emergency Medicine and Hospice. He now serves as the Director of Nursing at More Than Rehab, where he is dedicated to treating each client as an individual and addressing their unique needs with compassion and professionalism.

Justin is a dedicated advocate for recovery and mental health, having overcome years of addiction. In 2019, he reached a pivotal moment of clarity that led him to go back to treatment. It was there he began to build a foundation for long term recovery. Motivated and passionate to help others facing similar struggles, he returned to school to obtain his Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) certification and earned his Bachelor's degree. Currently, Justin is in the final stages of his Master's degree in the Clinical Mental Health program.

Brooke Terry is dedicated to assisting individuals struggling with substance use and mental health issues. With over 20 years of personal experience in addiction and more than 4 years in recovery, she combines compassion and expertise to effectively guide clients and their families through the initial stages of their recovery journey. Brooke's first hand understanding of the recovery process allows her to provide empathetic and knowledgeable support, ensuring a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Vincent Heard is a dedicated and compassionate professional with extensive experience in substance abuse treatment and client care. With a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, focusing on Psychology and Ministry, Vincent has refined his expertise as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor-I, specializing in addiction and family counseling, as well as peer support. As the Associate Program Director with MTR, Vincent excels in fostering opportunities and services by connecting clients to essential community resources and referrals.

Birdie is deeply passionate about using her own recovery journey to inspire and support others. Beginning her career as a house manager, she quickly demonstrated her dedication, empathy, and leadership, which led to her current role as the office manager at More Than Rehab. In this capacity, Birdie plays an integral part in ensuring seamless operations while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients. Her unwavering commitment to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery and lead fulfilling lives is reflected in her tireless work ethic and compassionate approach.

Lea is a dedicated and compassionate counselor specializing in substance use disorder, mental health, and trauma recovery with 31 years of professional experience. She holds a master’s degree in counseling and advanced certifications in trauma-informed care. Lea has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, education, private industry, and community mental health programs helping individuals address the complex intersection of addiction, mental health challenges, and trauma. She provides individual counseling, group counseling, and crisis intervention using a wide range of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches.

Samuel Lanrewaju is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a strong background in addiction therapy and trauma-informed care. He began his career in substance abuse treatment in 2015, initially serving as a Psychiatric Technician in Houston, Texas. Samuel specializes in addressing anxiety, addiction, trauma, and self-esteem issues. He is dedicated to helping individuals overcome their struggles with substance abuse and trauma, guiding them toward healing and resilience. Passionate about supporting others on their path to recovery, Samuel assists clients in navigating challenges such as self-doubt, depression, and emotional distress.

Amy Lynn Lento serves as the lead counselor for More Than Rehab’s Tyler facility. With a lifetime of personal experience with addiction, Amy Lynn’s passion stems from her own journey, having grown up as a child of an addict, losing her brother to a heroin overdose, and battling addiction herself. Driven to share her experience, strength, and hope with others, Amy Lynn brings years of professional expertise as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART), and Relaxation Therapist. Her innovative counseling style and deep understanding of addiction have made her a trusted leader in her field, helping countless individuals find their path to recovery.

Suzanne Martinez, LCDC serves as the Clinical Administrator at More Than Rehab, where she brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work. As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Suzanne is deeply committed to helping individuals reclaim their lives from substance use disorders. She is passionate about creating supportive, ethical, and effective treatment environments that empower clients to heal, grow, and build sustainable recovery. Suzanne’s approach blends strong clinical leadership with genuine care for both clients and staff, ensuring quality treatment rooted in dignity and hope.

Eric F. Iglesias, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of prior nursing experience in emergency medicine, intensive care, corrections, and inpatient psychiatry. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of the Incarnate Word and treats depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and co-occurring substance-use disorders across the lifespan, emphasizing practical, evidence-based care.
